Once you have successfully placed an order, there are several ways to download your files from our website.

1) As soon as your order is complete, you will be redirected to a page with a blue button that says "Download Your Files Now".  Click on this button to open a window with links to your design files.

2. You will also receive two different emails from All Things Applique.  One email will have a summary of your order and will have a link that takes you to your order page where you can then click on a link that says Download Your Files Now (as pictured above). The other email will have a link that takes you directly to your download links.  Here is a picture with an example of both. 

3. To download your files, click on the name of the design you want to download.  A box will pop up asking if you want to "Open with" or "Save File".  Choose your preference and click OK.

4. If you click Open, a box similar to the picture below should open. Click on “Extract All” and choose which folder on your computer you wish to save the files.

If you click Save, the zip file should save to your downloads folder. Find the file in your downloads and double click to open it.Click on “Extract All” and choose which folder on your computer you wish to save the files.

Different computers and systems have different methods of extracting zip files.  I am not able to offer support for how to extract files.  Please make sure this is something you are comfortable doing before placing an order.  If you are unsure, feel free to try downloading and extracting files for one of our FREE designs here.
